Per week: January-April $3500 and June-December $2500 (prices include all fees)

Washer/dryer, wifi, cable tv, beach chairs/umbrellas/towels, blender, toaster, coffee maker and everything else you will need to enjoy your stay at the beach. On-site management .

Six people total. King bed in master. Second bedroom has a queen and a double bed. 

Check-in 3:00 PM and check-out 11:00 AM. All check-ins and check-outs are on Saturday. In other words, you must book Saturday to Saturday. 

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Yes, only one dog with a 30 pound limit. There is a one time pet fee of $150 that is paid to the cleaning service. On site management will report dog violations.

Full refunds 60 days out. Less than 60 days, you lose deposit.
